Scholarship Program

       NOPA recognizes the challenges that escalating costs in education present to our members, which is why it started the Association Scholarship Fund over 40 years ago. Emphasizing the value of higher learning, the Association Scholarship Fund is supported entirely through member contributions.

The fund was started in 1962 by Jennie Zachs with her initial donation of $5000. Since then, it has grown to more than $2 million, awarding 12 new scholarships each year.
