Some key benefits include:

Life Insurance

    • Life and AD&D coverage from $20,000 to $150,000.
    • $5,000 Dependent Life coverage for spouse and child.
    • An additional payment equal to the life insurance benefit if the employee's death is caused by an accident.
    • Waiver of premium for employees who become disabled prior to age 60.
    • Early benefit options for terminally ill employees. 

Long Term Disability

  • Available for groups with five or more employees.
  • Simple application – no evidence of insurability required.
  • 5 Year and To Age 65 plans available.
